Sketchbook

Thanks for visiting this bit of my website. I hope that you enjoy this sort of filmic version of a collection of rough sketches. You can also watch stuff on my Youtube page by clicking here.

Above: Something I'm making at the moment. May 2010.

Ferret Racing

Above: 'Ferret Friends', are a rescue centre based in Romford, Essex. I hope that you enjoy this little film about them racing some of their ferrets at The Bexley Country Show. I'm thinking of this as a sort of rough sketch or first draft - I'd like to have another go at some point soon. May 2010.

Above: I made this with test footage - (the first stuff I shot with my new 3D camera).
I didnt follow a storyboard - I just wandered around until the batteries ran out.
Its a bit long I suppose - I got a bit carried away playing with my new contraption. April 2010.

Ps. Mal - sorry - I forgot to buy loo roll :-/

Above: The Weeki Wachee mermaids performed in the London Aquarium for the first time ever last weekend. Luckily I managed to capture the moment in 3D. I wasn't quite sure what to do with the footage. I started sifting through what I'd shot and before I knew it had been inspired to cut together this - half art film half dunno what really. This really does work well in high res - I'll upload a higher quality version at some point. May 2010.

Above: I set out to make a short film about the Medieval Siege Society, who were having a get together in White Notley. To cut a long story short I thought it best to turn my camera off and join in. I made this film with footage I had, (which does not feature me dressed as a knight). May 2010.

Above: A thing I wrote/made in a day. It's for a friend of mine who runs an IT company - he wanted a short to enter into a Barclays competition. If you have a sec, Please vote for it here :-) Thanks. May 2010.
